Last week, Autumn talked about how we sometimes get in the way of God's "yes". But how do we react when God says no? Do we get frustrated? Do we lose our faith? Should we write off God completely?

 

No, we press INTO the season and let our faith move our feet. 

Even when God said no to His own Son, STILL Jesus persevered to the point of death on a cross for OUR salvation!

The "no" does not negate our faith, instead, it presses us forward to a loving God that wants to see us grow!

When your prayer does not get answered in the way you wanted, how often do you assume God has immediately said no? We've checked the box of 'Pray for it' and immediately assume it will be answered in the way that WE want it to be answered. God gets the glory, every single time. He may be preparing you for the "yes", but you've just said the no for yourself.

 

This week, Autumn challenges us to align our prayer life with Scripture and let God have the final say.
